Privacy Policy
Last updated September 14, 2026. Nutrifitamin is designed to make fitness guidance useful while keeping personal data collection limited and transparent.
What we collect
When you sign in, Nutrifitamin receives your account identifier, email address, and, when available, your display name from ChatGPT. We record when the account first uses the site and when it was last active. We may also store plan preferences, progress you choose to save, kitchen inventory, membership status, newsletter signups, and basic product analytics.
Kitchen photo scans
When you choose a kitchen photo, it is sent securely to an AI service provider to identify visible foods and cooking equipment. The photo is used to return that scan and is not added to your saved Nutrifitamin kitchen profile. Avoid uploading photos that show people, addresses, receipts, medication labels, or other private information.
How we use information
We use information to provide calculators, plans, account access, saved progress, owner administration, emails you request, product support, fraud prevention, and site improvement. Authorized Nutrifitamin administrators can view account and product-use information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal fitness or nutrition data.
Health and fitness information
Calculator results and plan recommendations are general education. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies for site operation and limited analytics to understand page performance, article engagement, and conversion paths. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
